What is included?
We provide coolers, ice, Go Jolly Charter cups and koozies. Our boat is equipped with phone chargers.

What should I bring?
You will need to provide your own towels, sunscreen, rain gear, drinks and snacks.

Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed on the boat.

What if it rains on your booking day?
Weather cancellations will be decided by the captain 2 hours prior to departure. If we cancel and cannot rebook ASAP, you will recieve a refund.

Are there bathroom breaks for longer bookings?
Yes. Our boat is also equipped with a toilet.

How many days in advance can I book?
We require a bookings to be placed at least 3 days in advance.

Are trips 18 and over only?
If guests are bringing alcohol, 21 and up. If you are not bringing alcohol, 12 and up.

Will you provide text alerts and reminders for your bookings?
Yes. You will receive a booking confirmation. The day of, we will contact you via text and email about any changes and updates.

What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund— if done within 24 hours of booking.

Partial refund (90%) if cancellation occurs in between these times.

No refund — if done within 24 hours of departure.
